What to Expect on your First Visit
In your initial visit you will meet one of our doctors where they will get to know your dental and medical history through a complete oral examination. The doctor may take x-rays if required to enable our dental professionals to assess your personal oral hygiene requirements and determine a proper treatment or maintenance plan. You can also reserve an appointment to see one of our dental hygienists for the same day as your initial visit or we can schedule another more convenient day for your cleaning.
To save time, please download and fill out this x-ray and medical history release form which we will be sending to your previous dentist. Also download a copy of our privacy policy and bring this with you to the office.
