Before your visit, a member of our team will reach out to learn a little more about you and your needs. If you have dental insurance, we'll help gather the necessary information. If you'd like us to request records or X-rays from your previous dentist, we can take care of that too. And, of course, we're always happy to answer any questions you may have.

We believe you deserve to know what to expect, especially when it comes to your dental care and your investment. We don't like surprises, and we're guessing you don't either!
Whenever possible, we'll provide an estimate of the fees for your first visit ahead of time. If you have dental insurance, we can also submit a predetermination to your insurance provider so you have a better understanding of your coverage and potential out-of-pocket costs before moving forward.

You will start with our new patient coordinator. They will ask about your past dental experiences, what has been bothering you, and what you want from your care. Questions are welcome here.

Your hygienist takes it from there: a review of your medical history, an oral cancer screening, and a complimentary iTero digital scan with photos.
