Is there something about your front teeth you'd change?
Maybe it's a chip, a stain whitening won't lift, or a gap you've learned to smile around. Mississauga veneers at Willow Dental Associates begin with a free 30-minute consultation and a digital preview, so you can judge the result before any tooth is prepared.
What are porcelain veneers?
Porcelain veneers are thin, custom shells bonded to the front of your teeth to change their colour, shape or length. They can cover deep stains, close small gaps, even out chipped or worn edges and lengthen short teeth. Each set is crafted by a dental lab we trust, then fitted and bonded in our office.

Do veneers mean filing down my teeth?
Good candidates for veneers
Veneers work best on healthy teeth and gums, so we treat cavities or gum disease first. If you grind at night, a custom nightguard protects the porcelain while you sleep. If crowding is the main concern, clear aligners might straighten your teeth first, sometimes so fewer veneers are needed.

Frequently asked questions
With good care, porcelain veneers often last 10 to 15 years or more. Brush and floss as usual, keep up regular cleanings, and avoid using your front teeth to open packages or bite ice. If you grind your teeth, a nightguard every night is the best protection for your Mississauga veneers.
They should look like your own teeth on a good day. The digital preview and trial smile let you adjust shape, length and shade before the lab makes the final porcelain. You're welcome to bring photos of smiles you like, and we'll factor in your face shape and lip line too.
Usually three: a consultation with your digital preview, a visit to prepare your teeth and place temporary veneers, and a bonding visit once the lab finishes your porcelain. Lab work typically takes a few weeks, and you'll wear your trial smile in the meantime, so you're never without front teeth.
Traditional veneers are a permanent choice, because the enamel removed to place them doesn't grow back, so that tooth will always need a veneer or crown. No-prep veneers remove little or no enamel, which keeps more options open. A chipped or worn veneer can be replaced with a new one.
For one small chip, bonding is often enough. It's done in a single visit with tooth-coloured composite and no lab. Veneers make more sense when you want to change several teeth, cover deep stains, or get a result that resists staining for years. We'll show you both options before you decide.
