MEET OUR DENTISTS
Dr. Neil Elman
I am a progressive dentist who is constantly questioning what can be done to help patients feel comfortable and at ease in the dental office and at the same time provide the ultimate in dental care. Dentistry has been my passion since I graduated from McGill University 25 years ago and I treat everyone as if they were family. Many people do not realize that a healthy body relies heavily on a healthy mouth which I strive to achieve for each of my patients. Having spent countless hours at the prestigious Las Vegas Institute improving my skills I continue to strive in order to achieve the best for my patients. My continuous studies has allowed me to improve the lives of many by treating their Sleep Apnea or controlling their lifetime of pain due to jaw and neck disorders. Whether it is keeping up with the latest in implant technology, creating beautiful smiles with orthodontics or reducing patients’ anxiety in the dental chair my goal is to provide excellence in all aspects of Dentistry. Dr. Albert Quan
I believe that going to the dentist shouldn’t just be about treatment, but instead should be a positive and fun experience that helps build long-term trust and comfort. Whether you’re in for a routine checkup or something more involved, my goal is to make sure you leave feeling informed and cared for.
One of my clinical interests is performing wisdom teeth/surgical extractions. I enjoy helping patients navigate what can often feel like an intimidating procedure with confidence and support.
Outside the office, I unwind by playing video games, watching Toronto sport teams choke in the playoffs year after year, and spending time with my two cats (ask me about them!). These moments of downtime help me stay balanced and help me bring a friendly, approachable energy.
Dr. Anisha Singh
Dr. Anisha Singh brings a vibrant mix of skill, compassion, and innovation to the Willow Dental team. She earned her dental degree from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine and completed a General Practice Residency at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, where she provided dental care for patients undergoing cancer treatment. This experience shaped her compassionate, patient-centered approach to care and inspired her to create a space where every patient feels truly heard and cared for.
With a passion for digital dentistry, Dr. Anisha continuously explores new ways to make dental visits more comfortable, efficient, and stress-free. She enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, from working with children to supporting medically complex patients, but her favourite part of the job is building genuine connections with those she treats.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Anisha enjoys painting, gardening, and exploring new places. She loves discovering new cuisines with her husband and daughter and spending time outdoors with their dog, Mochi.
